Revel in lively music during the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and savor local flavors with a Creole-cooking lesson.

About Your Trip

Music enthusiasts will have a great time celebrating the historic New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival during this DreamTrip to Louisiana’s most famous city. Embrace all things New Orleans with a 1-day admission ticket for the festival, and enjoy vibrant performances by the best in the business. Sample delicious local fare and admire handmade crafts during the festival, with the smooth sounds of saxophones, trumpets and singers as your soundtrack. You'll also see abundant flora and fauna as you explore Louisiana’s swampland by boat with experienced tour guides. Learn about the Louisiana wetlands and the animals who live there — particularly the American alligator — along with a little history of the town of Frenier, located within the Manchac Swamp. On Day 3, attend a demonstration cooking class to learn the art and history of beloved Creole cuisine — then savor these local dishes and take home the recipe cards as a souvenir.
